Was having issues setting up my new iPad and was stuck on the dreaded Apple Pay screen. Awesome service and the issue was resolved while I waited. When I asked how much I was told it was free. Unheard of these days and I will definitely be back. Thanks for the help from a great tech

Horrible experience with Thriftech. I went in to get my iPhone charging port fixed. When I showed up, the repair wasn’t even finished—he told me the charging port he used was defective and that I’d have to come back. I came back and picked up my phone, but on the way home it started shutting off every few minutes. I had to return again so he could “fix” it. That’s three visits just for a charging port, which is ridiculous. On top of that, my speaker worked perfectly before he touched my phone. Now every time I call someone, they say my speaker sounds awful and that I need a new phone. I honestly think the speaker was damaged or swapped while my phone was taken apart so many times. I do not recommend this place. Stay away from someone who’s just starting out … go to the repair shops in the mall instead
